It mixed Israel’s deep history, with many fun activities, and brought us all the way to modern Israel and Tel Aviv. A fantastic trip which anybody from any background would love."

"Zalman is magical. He was able to engage my teenage daughters with his wit, humor and energy. Our trip covered Biblical Israel, the history of the modern state and contemporary issues and culture. And Zalman knows how to weave all these elements into a trip while always choosing fun activities to keep the kids engaged. Seeing Israel with Zalman is to get a insiders view of the country. He seemingly knows every one in every part of the country and also knows where to find the closest bathroom (very valuable when you travel with 4 woman!). We can’t wait to join Zalman again as soon as we can get back to Israel!"

"Tour was incredible. This was our second tour with Zalman as we had done one in the summer of 2015. We were with 3 children and their grandmother. Zalman was able to give over information on a level that the kids were able to understand, and at the same time retain the interest of the adults in the group as well. He is a gifted teacher who not only knows the land from the Jewish perspective, but also from the perspective of other religions and cultures. Our kids (and the adults) still repeat many of Zalman’s “words of wisdom”. As I write this, the words “slowly and carefully” keep popping into my head. We were scheduled to tour with Zalman again this summer. However, due to the pandemic we were forced to cancel our trip. We look forward to when things return to “normal” and we can once again be reunited with Zalman. Thank you Wendie and Ari Berkovitch ."
